TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By purchasing from or registering with Living Green, you agree to the terms stated below. These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, registrations, and interactions with our website, agents, and services.

  1. Orders & Acceptance
    1. All product orders are subject to stock availability and our confirmation.
    2. Orders placed via our website, WhatsApp, or in person are considered final once payment is made.
    3. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, fraud suspicion, or breach of our terms.
    4. A confirmation notice will be issued via email or message once your order is accepted.
  3. Product Information
    1. We aim to provide accurate info about our products (photos, specs, pricing).
    2. If we find a mistake, we may correct it and update your order accordingly.
    3. Product availability is subject to change without notice. 
  5. Pricing and Payment
    1. All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.  
    2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will remain at the agreed price.  
    3. Full payment must be made upon ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    4. Payment methods include secure online payment (e.g., Stripe), FPX transfers, or other approved channels. 
    5. Invoices are payable within five (5) working days, unless stated otherwise. 
  7. Shipping and Delivery
    1. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guideline only.
    2. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
    3. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  9. Returns and Refunds
    1. Items may be returned within 7–14 days from delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.  
    2. Return requests must be submitted to our support team in advance.  
    3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item was sent in error or is defective. 
  11. Warranties and Faulty Products
    1. Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty; refer to the product page or manual for coverage terms.
    2. If you receive a faulty product, notify us immediately with photos or a description of the issue.
    3. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  13. Member and Agent Programs
    1. Individuals who sign up as members or agents may receive access to promotional pricing and commission programs. 
    2. We may collect bank name and bank account number solely for the purpose of processing commissions or rewards. This information is stored securely and used only internally.
    3. Abuse of the referral or member system may result in removal from the program.
  15. Client’s Standard Terms
    1. Clients waive any right to apply their own terms and conditions.
    2. Even if submitted later, the client’s terms do not override these Terms unless explicitly agreed in writing by Living Green.
    3. No variation or amendment to these Terms shall apply unless agreed in advance.
  17. Limitation of Liability 
    1. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your inability to use our website, products, or services. 
    2. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or unexpected damages including lost income, lost data, or business interruption.  
    3.   We will take responsibility for faulty or incorrect items as per our return policy, but not for misuse or problems outside our control.
  19. Intellectual Property
    1.  All content displayed on this website or platform including text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, and videos, is the property of Living Green (Yape Sdn Bhd), its suppliers, or partners, and is protected under Malaysian copyright laws and relevant international intellectual property laws.
    2. This includes but is not limited to marketing materials, product images, and original written content.
    3. Any reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  21. Changes to These Terms
    1. We may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    2. The latest version will always be available on our website.
    3. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
  23. Governing Law
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.  
    2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
